I stayed in one of the suites and it was fantastic! The room was very spacious and well designed. I loved the bathtub. I ate both dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were both delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. If you’re on the Camino, treat yourself to a room with a tub, you won’t regret it!!

The room was small, but ok for a solo Camino traveler. Check in was on an upper floor. The gal who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The location is near plenty of places to eat, where you'll find lots of pilgrims. The cost is decent since you're on the Frances (I had just moved from the Camino Norte)

This was our last stop prior to arriving in Santiago. O Pino, delivered, a good few places where to eat and have a drink, buy some gifts, and the locals were very nice. Perhaps I saw it at its worst, a public holiday. It felt like a ghost town. Can’t recall name of restaurant I ate in but it was on the Main Street, had two rooms with long tables in the middle of each room, so as a solo diner I felt fine. There are a few kinks that need to get ironed out which, in my opinion, would make me give it top scores. The bottom line is when you charge the high prices that you charge, expectations go up. I would not have these expectations had we stayed in a less fancy hotel ( which is how we had been traveling up until this point) I think these suggestions ( see below ) would be quite easy to implement.

They have a pool, which was a good bonus for our stay. However, there is no AC, so during the day it gets really hot, but the temperature lowers at night which makes the room more comfortable to stay in. She saw that we were tired and didn’t want to walk anywhere to get dinner, so she contacted a local restaurant and arranged to collect a meal for us. She bought it back to the hotel and set us up on a little table. It was delicious and very much appreciated. She also did our laundry, washed & dried and delivered back to our room within a few hours.
