Ideally situated in Santiago de Compostela, Hotel Plaza Obradoiro by Bossh! Hotels features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. I don’t think there is a hotel closer to the cathedral than this one. So well located. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Extremely comfortable beds and soft towels. Enjoyed the huge shower and modern finishes in the room. A super stay.

Seijo is situated in Villalba, 45 km from Roman Walls of Lugo and 47 km from Congress and Exhibiton Center. This 3-star hotel offers free WiFi. Ok, first off the staff was super duper nice (I read some reviews that said otherwise - they are simply wrong). I flooded the bathroom within ten minutes of arrival (trust me, plumbing is complicated - or, maybe, I am not that smart). I told them what I had done and they were super helpful and nice. Well, after that everything was just a really very relaxed and chill in a great room.

I didn't expect it to be on a renewed military barrack from the 19th century. The renovation was very successful and I was pleasantly surprised in every aspect. The hostel primarily caters to peregrino hikers but I would recommend it also to people that don't need elevator or hotel service. There are plenty of breakfast options and grocery stores around, and a well equipped kitchen if you want to buy the products and prepare your own meals.

To netter i Paradoren var fantastisk.
To netter i Paradoren var fantastisk. Men svært mange mennesker og svært mye kommersialisert rundt pilgrimsvandring. Vi startet derfra og gikk til Finisterre og Muxia. God vandring. Vi spiste både på Paradoren og i gamlebyen. Sikkert lurt å dra til Santiago utenom juli måned. Likte meg godt i Galicia generelt. Hyggelige mennesker. Gode minner om vandring i grønn og frodig natur ut mot Atlanteren. Masse vindmøller også ! Maisåkrer og potetåkrer underveis. Katedralen storslått, men mye folk! Gamlebyen noe labyrintisk og lett å gå feil. Ellers OK.
